Data Deletion Instructions
Social Content OS · Effective 29 September 2026
If you commented on one of our Instagram posts or sent a direct message to one of our Instagram accounts, Social Content OS may hold a copy of that interaction (see the Privacy Policy). You can ask us to delete it.
How to request deletion
- Email jsohi@hotmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include the details below so we can locate your records.
What to include
- Your Instagram username.
- The Instagram account you interacted with (for example, the brand's @handle).
- What you want deleted: your comments, your direct messages, or everything we hold about you.
- Approximate dates of the interactions, if you know them.
Never send a password. To protect you from requests made in your name, we may ask you to confirm the request from the Instagram account concerned, for example by sending a direct message to the brand's account.
What we delete
Once your request is verified, we delete the records the service holds about you: your comments and direct messages, the identifiers and usernames stored with them, and the related reply, classification and automation records. We keep only a minimal note that the request was completed. Copies in our providers' routine backups expire according to their backup schedules.
Deleting data from this service does not delete anything on Instagram itself. You can manage your comments and messages directly in Instagram.
Confirmation
We will acknowledge your request by email and confirm when the deletion is complete.
