The service
Social Content OS is a private application its operator uses to manage content and engagement for the operator's own brands on Instagram. It is not offered to the public, and only people the operator authorizes may use it.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for accounts you are authorized to manage.
- Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
- Do not use the service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading content, or to access data you are not permitted to access.
Content and replies
Authorized users are responsible for the content they publish and the replies they approve. Automatic replies are sent only within rules the operator sets and can be paused at any time.
Data
Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled as described on the Data deletion page.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Availability is not guaranteed.
Suspension and changes
The operator may suspend access or change the service at any time. These terms may be updated; the effective date above shows the current version.
